On-Campus Construction
SDSU Housing is committed to providing a safe and comfortable living environment for our residential students. The following construction and renovation projects are underway to ensure we have high-quality facilities that meet student needs.

Complete renovation for 45 units. Renovations for the remaining units to be completed in summer 2025.

Off-Campus Construction
The following construction projects are taking place off-campus, but may have an impact on the surrounding residential communities:
- College View Apartments is currently under construction near Metepec & Huaxyacac. The project is scheduled to reach completion in Fall 2024. Students living in Metepec and on the North side of Huaxyacac should expect that there will be some level of noise and disruption during the construction period.
