Room/Hall Switch Request
The Office of Housing Administration will accept room/hall switch requests beginning September 11, 2017. Completed request forms need to be turned in to the Office of Housing Administration during office hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 4:30pm. Emailed or faxed copies will not be accepted.
Requests received during the week will be processed the following Monday. If an accommodation is available based on your request, you will receive an e-mail offer on Monday and will have 24 hours to reply to the e-mail. If we are unable to accommodate your request, you will be placed on our wait list. E-mail notification will be sent to your registered e-mail account.
Please note there is a $100 room switch fee that will be applied for any request that is accommodated.
Room and hall switches will not be permitted during final weeks for the fall and spring semester.
