Spring 2012

Halls Close:  All halls close for the academic year.  Thursday, May 17, 2012, 8:00 p.m. – Licensee should leave by 8:00 p.m. on the day of his/her last final examination, but in no case later than Thursday, May 17, 2012 at 8:00 p.m.

Fall 2012

Cancellation Deadline: For fall 2012 residents – cancellations must be turned into the Office of Housing Administration by Tuesday, July 24, 2012. (See Fees & Payments – Cancellation, for more information)

Move-in: Friday, August 24 through Sunday, August 26, 2012

Classes & Meal Plan Begin: Monday, August 27, 2012

Meal Plan Change Date: First opportunity to change meal plan. September 10-14, 2012 (effective Monday, September 24, 2012)

Meal Plan Change Date: Second opportunity to change meal plan. November 12-16, 2012 (effective Thursday, January 17, 2013)

Thanksgiving Break: Halls close for break (except halls that are open during the break). Wednesday, November 21, 2012, 4:00 p.m. through Sunday, November 25, 2012, 4:00 p.m.

Semester/Winter Break: Halls close for break (except halls that over open during the break).  Licensee should leave by 8:00 p.m. on the day of his/her last final examination, but in no case later than 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 15, 2012.

Spring 2013

Cancellation Deadline:  For spring 2013 residents – cancellations must be turned into the Office of Housing Administration by Sunday, December 16, 2012.  (See Fees & Payments – Cancellation, for more information)

Halls Reopen:  Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. (2:00 p.m. for new residents)

Classes & Meal Plan Begin:  Thursday, January 17, 2013

Meal Plan Change Date:  Last opportunity to change meal plan - February 4-8, 2013 (effective Monday, February 18, 2013)

Spring Break: Halls close for break (except halls that are open during the break). - Friday, March 29, 2013, 4:00 p.m. through Sunday, April 7, 2013, 4:00 p.m.
