Emerald Isle
2012/13 monthly rental rates for Emerald Isle apartments are:
- 24 unit apartment complex.
- Apartments offer 22 studios, 2 one-bedroom apartments and 2 two-bedroom apartments (see below for dimensions).
- All units are UNFURNISHED. They come with full kitchens and bathrooms, as well as ample storage space. No furniture is provided.
- Tenants are responsible for the utilities.
- Parking is available for an additional $20/month, but is not guaranteed. Beginning July 1, 2012, parking will increase to $25/month
- Studios are 420 square feet and rent for $695
- One bedrooms are 600 square feet and rent for $798
- Two bedrooms are 800 square feet and rent for $898
Emerald Isle is a small, older complex located immediately adjacent to the campus and is an affordable living option for graduate students. Amenities include a laundry facility, parking (at an additional charge) and a new barbecue area.
All rental rates are per unit, not per space. We do not provide roommate matching services.
The waiting list for spring and summer 2012 is now open.
