Housing Costs & Payments

Housing payment amounts will vary depending upon the type of accommodation and meal plan you select. All payments begin with an $800 initial payment due at the time you submit your License Agreement. The initial payment is credited toward your total cost and is not a deposit. You have the option of paying the remaining amount in eight payments, September through April, or you may make as many payments as you like in advance.

New first-time admitted freshmen are guaranteed a space in on-campus housing when a completed License Agreement is received and processed by the Office of Housing Administration by May 1, 2012. See How to Apply for more information.
