Housing Facilities Student Assistant Positions
Students report to and receive instruction from their Supervisor/Lead Custodian. These students work from May through August assisting the Housing Facilities Services Department to prepare all residence hall living areas for Conference guests and final detailing for academic set-up. Student Assistant positions are available in a variety of areas including custodial, laborer and maintenance. HFS Student Assistants paid $10.50 per hour. Desk Assistants (DAs) work at the front desks of each of our 8 residence halls. DAs are the front line of safety and security of the residence halls, and complete various tasks at the desk. We have many DA positions available because our front desks are open 24 hours a day. DAs are paid $10/hour. Refer to the online application for further description and qualification.
STAR Center Assistant
STAR Center Assistants (SCAs) staff one of our four STAR Centers (Chapultepec, Maya and Olmeca, Tenochca, and University Towers). SCAs answer resident questions and help our students utilize the resources in the STAR Centers. SCAs are paid $10/hour. Refer to the online application for further description and qualification.
