First opportunity to change meal plan. (effective Sept. 23, 2024)

Second opportunity to change meal plan. (effective Jan. 20, 2025)

Thanksgiving Break. Communities that do not offer Housing over the Break close Nov. 27 at 4 p.m. and reopen December 1, 2024 at 12 p.m.

Winter Break. Communities that do not offer Housing over the Break close Dec. 19 at 10 a.m. and reopen Jan. 20. On Jan. 20, continuing students may return after 10 a.m. New spring residents may check in from 2 p.m. - 5 p.m.

Spring break. Communities that do not offer Housing over the Break close March 28 at 4 p.m. and reopen April 6, 2025 at 12 p.m.

9-month residence halls and apartments close for the academic year at 10 a.m.

11.5-month apartments close for the summer at 10 a.m.
