Accommodations

Summer housing is available at Huaxyacac and Aztec Corner only. Incoming first-year students will be assigned to Huaxyacac. Rising sophomores, juniors, seniors and above will be assigned to Aztec Corner.

Based on demand and availability, only double-occupancy room types are offered this summer. Click on the building links above to view virtual tours and included amenities offered at both communities.

Dining

The optional summer meal plan includes a $125 declining balance per week. You may indicate interest for the summer meal plan on your summer housing application. The summer meal plan will deposit each Monday and expire at the end of the day on Sunday. Meal plan balances will not roll over to the following week. Meal plan funds must be used by noon on the day you move out. Refunds are not available.

Parking

Aztec Corner offers reserved parking at the building. Parking permits for Aztec Corner may be purchased on the Reserved Parking Portal

Incoming first-year students who live on campus are not permitted to bring a car during the first year of study at SDSU. To assist students who may have unique needs, first-year students with documented hardships are able to apply for a waiver. Please visit the First-Year On-Campus Resident Parking Policy for more information. If a waiver is granted, the closest parking to Huaxyacac is parking structure P12. Permits for P12 may purchased on the Aztec Parking Portal
