Room Switch Requests

2025-26 Residents

The Post-Occupancy Room Switch Request Form is now available. To access the form, you must use your @sdsu email account..While we will do our best to accommodate your request, options are limited, and a room switch cannot be guaranteed. 

If an eligible accommodation is found, an offer will be sent to your @sdsu email. You will have 24 hours to accept or decline the offer. If the offer is accepted, you will be asked to move the following Friday and given through Sunday to complete your transition. There is a $100 processing charge for post-occupancy room or building changes that are accommodated.
