Granada is an apartment-style community for sophomore students. Granada offers 3- and 4-bedroom units with single- and double-occupancy rooms. Room types are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed. The license agreement period for Granada is 9 months (academic year). This community is conveniently located on the west side of campus, near Viejas Arena and the Aztec Recreation Center (ARC).

Granada means "pomegranate" one of the most valuable fruits during Aztec times.
