Texcoco

About

Texcoco is a suite-style community for first-year and sophomore students. Suite-style halls are co-ed (single gender by room) with a private restroom shared by roommates. Texcoco has 323 suites with triple-occupancy room types. This community is conveniently located on the west side of campus near the Tony Gwynn Stadium. Texcoco is our newest residential community, which will open in fall 2026 as part of the Evolve Student Housing project.
