About

Viva is an apartment-style community for sophomore and upper-division students. Viva offers 2- and 4-bedroom units with double- and single-occupancy rooms. Room types are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed. This community is located on the west side of campus, near Viejas Arena and the Aztec Recreation Center (ARC).
