Viva is an apartment-style community for sophomore students. Viva offers 2- and 4-bedroom units with single- and double-occupancy rooms. Room types are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed. The license agreement period for Viva is 11.5 months (through summer). This community is conveniently located near the center of campus.
